Free Mindfulness practice for beginners: A series of 14 brief sessions introducing ways to be mindful throughout the day. This is an excellent foundational course into mindful living, suitable for anyone curious to know more and ready to jump into practice. Ideally this series functions as 1 session per day for 14 days as to allow practical exploration of each suggestion, however, one may take this course as slowly or as quickly as one prefers. Mindful is a way of being in the world, aware and present and fully, that is available to us all. Mindfulness enriches our every experience, slowing down time so that we may live each moment to its fullest, consciously and intentionally. This series can be enjoyed by anyone, at any stage in their life. There is 1 walking exercise that can be adapted for those seated, simply by incorporating the practice into whatever movement is possible.
